[DogParkList] OS 9 Serial IO problems

Hi,

I have just added a Radio Stop Bits popup to the Preferences Panel 
which may solve problems some have been having with the OS 9 serial 
radio drivers. It seems that stop bits are more critical under 
OpenTransport and OS 9 than under OS X.
