* DXCC problems fixed.
* Log Printing problem fixed.
* DXCC Column added to log.
* Clicking on the VFO area enables Keyboard arrow tuning.
* The Previous Contacts Panel now allows lookups of partial calls and 
prefixes.
* Double-clicking on a DXCC Entity in the Awards Panel will show 
previous contacts with that prefix in the Previous Contacts Panel.
