[DogParkList] MacDopplerPRO and CAT ON/OFF

I can't reproduce that here with v1.8.2.

If I turn it off before I quit, it comes back up 'OFF' the next time
I run MacDopplerPRO X. (You might want to delete those prefs again).

Anyone else seeing this problem ?
