Rosh Hashanah Chanting Circle

Sunday, September 15th at 5:00 p.m.

Join us in the Chapel as we ‘pre-prayer’ for the High Holidays at our
inspirational Rosh Hashanah chant and song circle with musical
accompaniment.

We focus on key verses from the High Holiday liturgy, exploring their
meaning. We then sing the text as we join together with our voices in simple
yet compelling, melody and rhythm.

The intention of chanting is to awaken the divine in our hearts. It can
soothe the mind and at the very least is simply fun to do! No prior
knowledge of Hebrew or singing ability necessary
 only a willingness to
join in spiritual community.

Our 9th Year Begins!
