[CBI] Constitutional Ammendment Voting Results from our Annual Meeting

Dear CBI Members;

 

At the Congregational Meeting last evening, the membership voted to accept
the amendments to the CBI Constitution focusing on Board size and
composition, based on the recommendation of the Governance Committee.  The
motion is passed.

 

Thank you to all who participated in last night's Congregational meeting.
