CBI Goes to College!

CBI College Connection is a great way for B'nai Israel to stay connected
with your college students.

Packages are mailed four times during the school year for High Holidays,
Chanukah, Purim and Passover. 

The packages contain goodies and items to provoke thought about the
Holidays, Israel, and Judaism. 

A donation of $54.00 per student is appreciated to help defray costs.

The Great Shofar Blowout

Join CBI at THE GREAT SHOFAR BLOWOUT to blow Shofar as a community and break
the current Guinness World Record for Largest Shofar Blowing Ensemble.

Congregation B'nai Israel is celebrating its 90th year.  As such, our goal
is to have AT LEAST 90 people represent CBI at THE GREAT SHOFAR BLOWOUT on
Sunday morning, September 21st at 9:00 a.m. This free festive event is
taking place the Sunday before Rosh Hashanah at The Partnership for Jewish
Learning and Life (901 Route 10 in Whippany) and will include music,
hands-on activities, and fun educational sessions for families and
individuals. 

Don't know how to blow the Shofar?

No problem!  We will be holding workshops and family lessons to teach you
how to blow the Shofar calls.*

Don't have a Shofar?

No problem!  We have Shofars for sale at a discount in the CBI office.
