[CBI] From the Clergy Office: Ranya Kelly, Trips to Israel, Cuba and Appalachia

Please make note of the following programs and meetings with Rabbi Bayar
coming up in the near future:

 

MOST IMMEDIATE:  Ranya Kelly & The Redistribution Center

A truck full of new clothing and housewares to be distributed to social
service agencies in Essex County will arrive this Monday morning.  We are in
need of volunteers to unload the truck, sort the materials and prepare them
for distribution.

 

We especially need of volunteers at 8:00 a.m. on Monday morning, May 5 to
unload the truck.  If you can donate an hour or two of your time, please
consider coming.  For 7th and 8th graders who have a delayed opening for
school on Monday, please consider coming to CBI for this most important
Mitzvah.

 

Volunteers are also needed at other times on Monday as well as on Tuesday,
May 6, and Wednesday, May 7. If you can volunteer, please contact the Clergy

Trip to McRoberts, Kentucky -  Appalachia

Our annual trip to McRoberts, Kentucky is scheduled to depart New Jersey on
Sunday, June 8.  We have scheduled an orientation meeting for the trip on
Monday evening, May 12 at 7:30 p.m. at CBI.  If you are interested, please
